I will be streaming the process of any commission either on Twitch or Picarto unless it's stated in advance that you do not wish your commission to be streamed.

I reserve the right to post WIPs and renders to my galleries unless the commissioner states otherwise before the invoice is sent. I reserve the right to retain copies of and use uploaded models (in the case of VR apps like VRChat) for advertising and business purposes.Regarding 2D commissions, I reserve the right to post 2D images first before the client on any and all platforms. If the commissioned work is posted elsewhere prior to my own scheduled posts (2D illustrations, when available to post, are posted every Tuesday or Thursday at 6:03PM EST, or Wednesday or Friday at 12:03AM UTC+1) the piece will not be posted onto my page until several weeks later.
Updates may only be asked by and given to the commissioner directly. Third parties are not allowed to ask how a commission for a current client is going if the third party themselves have not financially contributed to it.
Before We Start:When you send your initial message, please be clear with what your idea is, who will be in the image, clothing (if any), background, etc. Having a clear-cut idea will help me get the piece done faster and closer to what you’re looking for. If it helps, you can scribble a concept out to me, it can be stick figures. I'm also fine with you putting redlines on WIPS, or corrective sketches should explaining things in text not work out for whatever reason. No, I don’t accept AI images as reference material.Please let me know in your initial message if you’d like to remain Anonymous.I do ask that all buyers are 18+, I will not work with minors. Furthermore, you are not allowed to use the product for the training of an Artificial Intelligence or an algorithm that creates 2D and/or 3D images and/or content and cannot convert the product into an Non-Fungible-Token without my explicit written permission.If the concept of the drawing is especially complex, the price will change depending on the complexity.
